Yes, our services operate in line with the standards set by the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA). We work with HFEA-licensed clinics and ensure that all services and processes adhere to relevant regulatory, clinical and data protection requirements, providing safe, ethical and compliant care for patients and partners.

Confidentiality processes vary by organisation. Some partners use secure portals, whilst others prefer a dedicated email address or agreed workflow. In all cases, we work closely with each partner to align on their preferred approach and ensure full compliance with GDPR requirements.
