Rute Goncalves

Rute Goncalves is a Senior Healthcare Assistant and HFEA Deputy Data Coordinator at London Women’s Clinic, with over 14 years’ experience supporting patients through their fertility journeys. She helps patients with pre-treatment care, including medication guidance, screening bloods and self-injection support She also assists doctors during key procedures such as egg retrievals, embryo transfers, aquascans and HyCoSy procedures.

Rute is passionate about working in fertility because, as she describes it, “it’s a job like no other.” Having experienced infertility herself, she brings a unique depth of understanding to her role.

Known for her calm and reassuring presence, she ensures patients feel supported, informed, and cared for at every stage of treatment, building trust and strong connections throughout their journey.
