Natalie Lacome-Shaw is the Head of Operations for our Kent clinics and Surrey Park Women’s Clinic, bringing over 12 years of experience within London Women's Clinic.

Throughout her career, Natalie has held a range of operational roles, including leading patient enquiries and overseeing clinic operations. She works closely with consultants and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient journey, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional, compassionate care. Her deep understanding of both patient needs and clinic operations makes her integral to maintaining the high standards the clinic is known for.
