For initial assessment appointments, patients are advised at the time of booking about our cancellation policy: we ask for at least 48 working hours’ notice to make any changes. - Once any services have been provided, a full refund will no longer be available.
- Patients may reschedule appointments twice without any additional fees. If you need to reschedule a third time or more, the full appointment fee will apply.
- Please note that fertility health assessments are valid for 12 months from the date of booking.
